7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
At AYAKAS, we want you to feel comfortable and confident shopping with us. That’s why we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any unused item in its original condition, as long as you contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.
Return & Exchange Conditions

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

The 7-day window starts from the date the order was received.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of damage.

Customers must use a trackable shipping method when returning items.

❗ Please do not send your return to the address on the package—we will provide the correct return address once your request is approved.
Non-Refundable Items

Items that were worn or sent as a replacement/exchange are not eligible for another return.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at shop@ayakas.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will confirm your eligibility and send return instructions.
Step 2: Ship the Product Back
After approval, ship the item to the return address we provide within 3 business days, using a shipping method that includes tracking and a signature.
Step 3: Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 3–5 business days), we will either issue a refund or send a replacement.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you received free or discounted shipping initially.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for covering the reshipping cost.
Common reasons for undeliverable packages include:

Refunds for Gift Card Purchases
Products purchased using a gift card will be refunded back to the original gift card.
